We only roast what you ordered in small batches so that you can get fresh and tasty coffee. (We don't want you to drink from products that has been in shelf or warehouses for months!)
When will my coffee be roasted?
Orders received before 12pm will be roasted on the same day (weekday only) then we will leave the coffee for 24 - 48 hours (depends on beans' condition) to degas before being ready to deliver.
Orders received after 2pm will be roasted on the following day.
Orders received on Friday &Weekend will be roasted on Monday and sent out for delivery on Tuesday.
How long can I keep my coffee for?
We only roast your coffee when you order. Hence all of our delivered coffee is very fresh. Based on our tasting and feedbacks from our customers, our roasted beans taste best after a week.
Roasted beans taste different everyday. Roasted beans are fresh up to 60 days! Try it out and find out when it taste best!
When will my coffee be delivered?
You can expect your freshly roasted coffee beans to be shipped between 3-4 days from your order.
Will I be notified when it gets shipped?
Once it is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive and email from us and you can wait up to 3 days for our fresh beans to reach you. If you didn't receive anything you can contact us at utbcoffee.cs@gmail.com
